Weight gain
Hey ladies! I’m currently 21 weeks and have noticed an increase in hunger( all the sweets). I’ve been working out and drinking nothing but water. My upper body I’ve only noticed my stomach and boobs have gotten bigger. However, I’ve noticed my thighs and calves have gotten bigger and I don’t know why! I lost 6 pounds my first trimester, gained that back which put me to my starting weight. I’ve gained 6 pounds so far in my pregnancy.
Where are you ladies carrying your weight gain?
Any tips to control this?
