Miscarriage? 5 weeks Pregnant

I’m completely devastated and hoping for some answers, my doctor didn’t have the equipment at their facility to do a internal ultrasound so they told me to go to the ER for testing, I went pee and don’t have any other symptoms of pain and only light spotting. Nothing heavy, no cramps. ALL of my pregnancy symptoms aside form some nausea are gone as well :( what is this?

I had 5 miscarriages then on the 6th pregnancy I take an aspirin 75mg every day and have a healthy 7 month old baby. Every miscarriages I've had I have really known about it a lot of blood, cots and the pain is so bad. just try and relax I know its easier said then down and if the doctor says to have a hot bath like they told me dont do it that will make you miscarriage. Hope everything goes ok for you.

It just looks like some uterine tissue...don’t worry about it mama! Stay calm until you can confirm otherwise! If you’re not heavily bleeding that’s a good sign
