What could it be

Question

So right below my belly it hurts to move, walk, roll over in bed or if I do alot of walking it hurts really bad I'm 27w 1d 
My son is head down and low is what the doctor said

Is the pain like in the midle of your pubic bone? If so I have that and it is getting so painful but my doctor said it is normal and not much to be done about it. A belly band may help but I tried that in my first pragnancy and it did not help. This time I'm on hospital bed rest and I still got it.
