Help counting calories!
So, I’m on a new meal plan for weight loss but I LOVE Hershey’s almond bars. I heard dark chocolate is the “healthier” way to go when eating chocolate but I’m confused on the calories
If one serving is two pieces for 130 calories.. does it mean the whole bar is 520 calories?
And if my regular chocolate bar only has 210 for the whole thing.. wouldn’t it be better since less calories?
