No baby aspirin??

Question

I keep seeing posts about being prescribed baby aspirin for IVF. I was only prescribed cetrotide, menopur, and gonal F. Oh! And Pregnyl for the trigger shot.

Its been prescribed after transfer, not before

My doctor told me to start taking baby aspirin when I started Lupron at the start of our IVF cycle. Just ask for what they recommend. Each doc has a slightly different cocktail of recommended vitamins and supplements. Good luck!!

I was on the same meds.  My doc said absolutely nothing but Tylenol, especially no ibuprofen or aspirin.
The reason is because they can cause thinning of the uterine lining.  
I, too, have seen where some women are told by their doc to take baby aspirin.  My thought is:  follow what your doc has told you.  They have tailored your treatment to your body.

It’s only if needed for pain post transfer. My doctor didn’t even write a prescription, just said if I have pain to buy some over the counter.

No baby aspirin??
