I am. The only thing I am using is ovidrel. I'll try 2 cycles unmedicated before trying medicated.

I did unmedicated IUI and got pregnant on the second try. I’m now almost 20 weeks

Update: I have to wait until next cycle. I had 2 follicles ready to drop on my left side.
