Honestly just a hot water bottle or push through it? I’ve had enough painkillers for a lifetime. Don’t like the way any of them make me feel.

I try to avoid painkillers but when I am desperate I take Ibuprofen

Tylenol worked best when I was a young teen but now ibuprofen works best. It's an anti-inflammatory also which helps with periods in more ways than just cramps.

Naproxen. My doctor gave me a prescription for it that’s about 100mg stronger than 2 aleve.

I used to always take Ibuprofen, but after recent health issues I take acetaminophen(Tylenol). Ibuprofen works better by far! Along with a nice heat pack and a comfy space to lay down and rest
