So I have an almost 8 year old daughter and twin boys. I know my daughter sleep walks but this one was just weird.. and idk if she was sleep walking or if I should be worried?.... so here’s the story.

I heard our boys’ bedroom door open this evening at about 11pm. My husband and I were still awake but we were quiet so idk if she thought we were asleep or if she thought about it at all really?... so I go to see why their door is opening and as I walk down the hall, she walks out of their room with her ass hanging out of her pants. I asked her what she was doing and she goes, “I have to go to the bathroom.” So she goes to the bathroom (which is attached to her room). Then I follow her into her room and ask her what she was doing in her brothers room and she starts crying saying, “idk.” Then as I keep asking she’s still crying and saying, “idk. I wasn’t in there.” I’m just confused and don’t know if she was sleep walking and then realized she wasn’t in the bathroom? or if she was doing something wrong?... I feel like I shouldn’t question my 8 year old like that but I’m just confused since she started crying about it..or if she was crying because she was tired and was confused as to what I was questioning her about. Anyone else have kids that did odd things sleepwalking?

I want to ask her about it tomorrow but I also don’t want to if she was just sleep walking...I’m just at a loss and probably/hopefully overthinking it.
