Help! I want to lose weight!
Being a mother of 2 extremely picky eaters, Ive been neglecting myself eating wtv is the easiest and obviously not the healthiest , busy with a full time job and house work. Living stressed and on the clock always putting my attention to the kids I dont know how to find the time and the motivation to focus on myself. I need advice on how to get that kick in the ass to find time to exercise and focus on myself and my desire to lose weight ???!
