Anyone else a fitness mama and still going strong??
I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old.. when my last baby was 3 months I went back to the gym and do burn boot camp (45 minute intensity circuit workouts). I’m 22 weeks and still going strong! I’m hoping to continue all the way through until my due date. With my first two babies I worked out but stopped the last 2-3 months. Love to hear about others fitness during pregnancy and if anyone has any great workouts they like to share geared towards pregnant women.
2 things I’m interested in:
1) workouts for diastasis recti
2) SPD- workouts to help with this as well. I have horrible SPD :(
