My daughter is 15 months old. Has 6 teeth cutting at once.

Just got rid of paci 3 days ago.

This is night 3 of her staying up all night. Today i even cut out naps. She had no nap today and tonight at 10 she slept for maybe an hour. I used that time to bathe and shave came back to go to sleep andboom she was awake. Stays up until 2 almost every time. This is exhausting. I’m sooo tired and pregnant. Is this teething? Is this paci withdrawal? I don’t get what I’m doing wrong😩 i refuse paci anymore because she’s too old and she’s pushing teeth out and i don’t want them to be all over when she’s older because of a pacifier.

Also, she’s been biting her blanket a lot and pulling it out her mouth while biting down?? I’m scared that’ll hurt her teeth?? She has 4 top front two and bottom two to match.
