My period ended on Monday. Since then, I have experienced by far the WORST breakout I have ever had. I typically breakout during the week before/of my period, but my skin was pretty much flawless this time. Then, BAM, as soon as it was over, my face erupted in pimples. They aren't coming to heads or anything, just big, red, and ugly. Has anyone else had this happen?? How the heck do I get rid of it? I've been washing with acne cleansing face was and toning with witch hazel, but nothing seems to be helping. Maybe tmi, but I also got more pimples on my chest, back, and one on my labia majora and prepuce. I'm thinking this has to be hormonal. I usually never, ever get pimples in these areas.
