Anyone know what this rash is?

I’ve had this on my face since being pregnant. 
No irritation 
Not raised
Wouldn’t know it was there unless I look in the mirror.
Anyone else had this? Or know what is it?

Looks like broken capillaries.  I got them randomly on my body with my first mainly on my boobs and stomach though. No real pattern like you have on your face. Maybe ask your care provider

Looks like petechiae. Do you have any clotting issues? Are you on blood thinners? 
Bring this up to your doctor , they might want to check certain blood values, like platelets, etc.

It’s called petechiae. Could be from throwing up that’s how I get mine.

I would call your doctor, that is a large area.  Could be nothing or something serious.
