11 weeks miscarriage now day 6

Hi everyone ,

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks 6 days ago. They gave me cytotec . I’m still having really bad cramps and am passing tissue . This morning I felt something come out when I used the bathroom . Anyways is this normal 6 days out . It also comes in ways I’ll be a couple of hours of minimal pain and bleeding and then get bad cramps and start having a lot of bleeding and pain. I called my OB but she hasn’t called back yet. Going for an ultrasound on day 8 to check for any remnants.
