So I inserted 1000mg of evening primrose oil last night as directed by my midwife, now I am having pretty consistent contractions plus cramping. Felt a little gush when I used the restroom and light pink blood when I wiped. I’m supposed to be at work for 10...plus I lost my mucus plug on 7/29 and my feet/ankles are balloons. I’ll be on my feet for 4 hours today consistently at work.

Anyone have any stories with evening primrose oil? I am 37+4

UPDATE!!!!

Been in L&D since 11 this morning. Constant contractions. 3cm dilated. FTM. This is brutal. We think water just broke. Very exhausted
