Mildly heated yoga
Hey ladies;
I did a flow yoga class with my first that was mildly heated. I am pregnant with my second (currently 10 weeks) and my pregnant friend told me her doctor said no heated classes.
Should I not do the mildly heated class this time around ?
I typically do cardio and I weights but like to incorporate yoga when pregnant.
(When my nausea allows - with my daughter i did not have this amount of morning sickness)
Thoughts ?advice ?
