Faint line 10dpo negative 11dpo and spotting... chemical pregnancy?

So I got this 2 days ago 8/1 and not with FMU. I was going out and wanted to know I was 10 dpo, I know early and period was 3 days away. But the next day with fmu I got a negative result. There was a little tinge of blood when I checked my cervix when I got the faint line. I started spotting all day yesterday same day I got the negative...but it stayed lite minor cramps dull cramps, borderline no cramps.(rare if I was on my period) and I dont spot more than a few hrs before full blown period. This morning, Its still a light bleed but there was a little clotting when I wiped. I'm not sure if i got a false positive or a chemical pregnancy or if I'm pregnant and just implanting I'd be 12 dpo and AFL to start 8/3 tomorrow... I'm cycles are usually 4-5 days. Idk what to do
