Embarrassed of buying period stuff?

I know u shouldn’t be embarrassed and that it’s natural but when I’m in public (Walmart, Target) and need to buy tampons or something I get really embarrassed and hope no one sees me...

I totally feel you on that, I couldn't even ask my mom to buy me things. I would just end up ordering them online and hope my mom didn't check her purchase history, but as a retail employee, I can promise you honey 9 times out of 10 we aren't paying attention to what your buying let alone judging. Besides its all normal stuff that we need to have, it's more looked down on to free bleed i promise you lol

If I’m out at the store and I know my wife needs more pads or tampons I’ll get them for her. I’m not embarrassed at all buying them for her.

I used to be the same way. I would hid them under stuff and only go throw self check out or to a female cashier. Now after realizing that no one cares that I'm buying pads and everyone has to do something for their menses, I don't give af.
