Yeah I know I’ve been a mom for 5 weeks and having a baby is being a mom enough. But it doesn’t REALLY sit in until they poop on you for the first time... 😂

We were at the drive through and my little man wouldn’t stop screaming. I knew it was about his eating time so we parked while my fiancé ate his food and I fed our son. Well he only ate 2 oz and stopped. I put him back in his seat and was going to give him the rest when we got home. (About a 20 minute drive) Maybe he just wasn’t as hungry as he thought 🤷🏼‍♀️

Heck naw girl. I sit back down in the front seat after putting him in his car seat and I start eating. I look down at my FREAKING shirt and there is poop all on my shirt and jeans.

I literally cried. I cried and felt like such a horrible mom because I didn’t even think about checking his diaper to see if that was why he was SCREAMING. So we went home.. the whole time I was bawling my eyes out and at this point my son probably just accepted that he would be sitting in poop the rest of his life because he stopped crying. We got home and I took him straight to his bath. Lord it was a blowout for sure. All up his back.

Moral of the story, if you feel shitty because you feel like you are neglecting your child just remember me. The mom who let her child poop on himself and didn’t even realize it until it was all over her 😂😭
