I'm on depo. I havent had a period. It wears off this month next week or so. I've always gotten pregnant right after my depo. The past 2 days I've been spotting pink but not enough to go on a pad. Right now I stood up off the toilet and this literally fell out of me.

Is this AF ??? Do I count this as day 1 of period or do I wait for a full flow
