Probiotic recommendations 💊
Hey all!
I’m three months postpartum after my second baby and really ready to get my body and life back on course after some crazy stress, sleep schedule problems, and stress eating. I am going to start Keto again but I’m also looking for the best tried and true probiotics to take (I’ll also do miso just cause I like it). I have horrible acne right now from hormone swings but I’ve had it my whole life and have tried all but probiotics to help it.
I’d like to balance out my skin, keep healthy vaginal ph, and get my digestive system healthy/stop bloat. Any recommendations?
