Why does your roommate have their own tp? I find borrowing deodorant kind of gross (although I have borrowed my husbands a few times) but when I had roommates we just took turns buying toilet paper. If for some reason we provided our own, like maybe someone uses way too much all the time, then yeah I might consider it stealing if they used mine. Idk though.

If it’s a one off emergency and you pinch a roll of TP, just replace it later. In general I believe you should ask before taking things and also don’t think it’s fair to help yourself on a regular basis. If you’re always out of deodorant and TP you need to get your shit together haha.

The deo thing is gross and not stealling but not ok if its a roller.
If its a spray it depends on the price and if it happens more then 1 time. Some people got some exspensive deo. Idk why but they do. I can understand they wouldnt want to share. 
As for the tp. It be anoying if it happens all the time but its tp. Who cares. Why do you have seperate stocks to begin with?

The deodorant thing, no. And ew. Don’t fucking do that. 
When you say “roommate” do you mean, family? Then no. Do you mean an adult roommate in a house/apartment you share? Kind of. But no. Do you mean a roommate in college? Then yes. Also, are you talking about using their TP for one bathroom use? Not stealing. Taking a whole roll? Kind of yea. A few rolls to fill your bathroom? Absolutely.
