My husband and I went to a tour of the labor and delivery at the hospital that we will be delivering at and as we are happy with everything they mentioned something that I am now terrified. I have bad anxiety and my husband has always been the one who can calm me down pretty easily. Well we were told that when getting the epidural that he will not be allowed in the room for various reasons and I am so scared because what if I have a panic attack with all of these strangers and it messes up my epidural.... I feel like I could really use my husband there with me and I could go up to an hour of him not being there while they do this. Any advice on how I might get thru this a little easier....
