Anxiety

Ok so I’ve been having more anxiety attacks lately. They just come out of nowhere and I’m not sure why. I get nervous and there’s a weird feeling in my chest almost like there’s a weight on my chest. Idk how to make it go away. I don’t want to be on medication but is there any natural things I can take or do to help? I hate the feeling I get like I can’t breath (but I can breath) and my heart feels like its racing. I usually just deal with it and it goes away eventually but it’s been happing more lately. I started getting these feelings when I was in my 20’s but it was like once a year maybe twice. Im now 30 and it’s at least once a week lately idk why.
