Just wondering if anyone else is wondering when their period will show up?

So my baby is three months this week and for the last four weeks or so I've been working and supplementing with formula because I just can't pump at work, my supply is really going down. I had what seemed like a partial period around 8 weeks, but nothing since then. I'm starting to wonder if I might be pregnant again or if it's just normal for it to take some time to return? I'm trying not to stress myself worrying about it yet, but I was just wondering if anyone else has any insight on this?
