Question for you.
Has anyone here tried cutting down on smoking from multiple times a day to just at night? And tips and tricks on how to do so? I’m trying to cut down in efforts to make it easier on myself for when I get pregnant. I’m also vaping only 1.5 nicotine and trying to get off that completely as I heard the juice is not good for conceiving. Anyways, any help would be appreciated! Thank you lovelies 💋
