Liletta IUD

Anyone else on this particular brand of hormonal IUD birth control? I was supposed to get the Mirena but they use a different brand called liletta.I have had the Mirena three times and all three experiences were great I had absolutely no bleeding no spotting/cramping for the whole time. (3 years) my doctor told me liletta is the same exact thing as Marina just with a different name but since being on it I've had cramping and I've been on and off bleeding since insertion 3 weeks ago I was not bleeding when I got it inserted, has anybody else had this experience? every time I think I'm done bleeding it pops back up on me, I feel like I can't even have a sexual relationship with my husband because I'm always bleeding.
