10 days late

I'm currently 10 days late, according to glow, however my cycles are an average of 39 days so possibly 8 days late. I spotted one time barely noticeable 2 days before my period was due (glow accuracy), as well as 1 week after it was due.

I took a test on the 28th it was negative. We are currently trying for baby #3. I have a lot of the "symptoms," ones I don't generally get with my period. If anyone has any insight/advice/comments it would be greatly appreciated!
