So long story short, I have miscarried 5 pregnancies since October 2018. I recently found out that I am pregnant with my new husband (married 7/23). Our test were so dark that I felt everything was going to be just fine this time around. My test with my last 5 pregnancies were light and never got darker even with me carrying up to 7w2d. I had pain in my lower left side yesterday and I went to the er because I was afraid of another miscarriage. They said I have a cyst on my left ovary and that could be the cause of my pain. I am currently 5w5d but this was done yesterday as I stated previously (5w4d). They did urine, blood, & u/s. Positive in urine (no infections), my hcg levels were only 665, and they couldn't even see a sac. They told me that they were worried about it being a missed miscarriage (whatever that is) or a possible ectopic pregnancy. I'm not bleeding and not hurting anymore. I still feel bloated and full, my boobs still ward me to wear two bras because of the painfully swollen breast I'm carrying around. They want me to return to the er tomorrow for a 48 hours blood draw to see if my numbers double.

What does any of this mean? All I've ever wanted in life was to be a good wife to a good man and have many children. I know worrying isn't helping but that's easier said then done. Please pray for my gummy bear! Could my numbers be low and I go on to have a healthy little baby?

I have never had test to progress so well except with my almost 7 year old!

UPDATE:

Went to the er on Friday and my hcg numbers were only 665. They couldn't find a pregnancy at all. They found a cyst in my left ovary but not my pregnancy. Had to go back yesterday for a 48 hours retest and my numbers had dropped to 227. Still no pain, no bleeding, my breast are still super sore, I'm still feel full. Basically I still feel pregnant. I have to go see my OB today and I will update you all with the information as I receive it......
