Want to surprise my husband and sister in law but i am super terrible at secrets and keeping them to myself. I want to wait until my ultrasound in 2 weeks which will put me at 6wks 6days instead of my current ultrasound at 4wks 6days(since its just a tiny sac)👇🏻

But my sister in law is my best friend and i tell her everything. And I feel like its wrong to keep this from my husband, especially since this baby wasnt planned( our youngest is 4 months)
