Lower sex drive

So I have had a rough month I had break through bleeding and just have been so anxious and just not myself and my wed drive completely gone I used to be so into all the time really and now I don’t think about it like what should I do was this caused by the breakthrough bleeding and I haven’t started the new pill I got prescribed sense I haven’t finished my old pack so I just am confused on why I haven’t been myself so randomly and all of a sudden
