Do I have a right to be bothered?

I get out of work late, I was calling my bf (called about 5 times) & he didn’t answer. He wasn’t at work, he gets out early in the afternoon. As I was driving home, my car started swerving, almost crashed, I pulled over and it wouldn’t move forward nor back. I also couldn’t control the steering wheel. As I waited for my stepdad to come aid, I called my bf & again, he doesn’t answer. He called about 10 minutes later, I sent a text saying I couldn’t talk rn (because my stepdad and I were trying to tie both cars. He just responded “why.” I explained that I was stranded & he didn’t respond until 10 minutes later asking if I’m okay. That’s it.

Update: not to mention that I had forgot to answer because I was calling the towing services and he hasn’t texted since. I checked the messages to see if it was me or him who hadn’t responded and it was me. But damn, I could be dead rn and this dude couldn’t give more fucks to ask for an update
