Need Opinions..

To start off the story, my SO & I tried to conceive since January. We stopped 2 months ago & decided to let it happen on its own. Fast forward to now. I’m 2-3 days late. I’ve been having strong cramps off and on. But sometimes it’s only 2-3 times a day and then I’m fine. I tested on the 1st & 2nd and got 2 BFP. It had never happened before, even when I thought I was pregnant 4 months ago. Yesterday I had this discharge , and now I have no discharge, no sign of AF whatsoever. My breasts have been sore to the touch, especially around the Nipple Area & I woke up with mild nausea today. Any thoughts? I don’t want to get my hopes up to only get a false positive..
