If you had implantation bleeding last night you won’t be getting a positive pregnancy test for at least 2 weeks.

HCG doubles every 48-72hrs. So if you had real implantation bleeding, which is rare, than you might be able to get a faint line on a FRER in 2-4 days. It all depends on how quickly the HCG develops and at what levels.
