Has it ever happens to you. Is this serious. And should i visit my gyny for it?

So i had sex after a very long break. 6 years break. I am 28 right now. But sex was a-lot like 6 times within less then 24 hours. Then i had to travel to another city same day too. I was cramping already after 4th sex in my uterus.

I reached home late and slept and next day after breakfast all if sudden I started bleeding fresh red blood and cramping bad in abdomen and lower back

My periods date is 8 days a head still.

Can you guys give some insight what it is and how to deal it. Because its painful and am only in bed
