Hey I was a couple of days late and then I started lightly bleeding and it lasted 4 days then stopped

I then had 2 days of nothing but for the past 2 days I have been having brown discharge when wiping etc.

I have also been experiencing nausea stomache cramps backache headaches &dizziness. Even after the bleeding stopped this symptoms have still stayed

Does anyone know if that’s a normal bleed ?
