Week 6 is when the nausea came on for me. I never really threw up a bunch (I did some), but had all day nausea for about 6-8 weeks before it finally went away. I lost 20 pounds in my first trimester 😑
That was my only major symptom for a while. Some breast soreness, but never enough for me to care about that more than feeling sick. 
When I hit week 14 I got massive headaches daily, but I have migraines outside of pregnancy, so I don’t think that is typical for most people. A lot of people get headaches in the first trimester that get better in the second. I was the opposite there. 
Now I am 22-23 weeks and deal with lots of pelvic and hip pressure/pain.

4 weeks and 5 days😣. Also had tender breasts and nipples ...still do.

It started at week 4, I’m almost 7 weeks now and I’ve only had a couple of days so far where I haven’t been nauseous, hoping it passes soon! Also have fatigue which also started around 4 weeks, lots of toilet trips, constipation, strange dreams, dull aches, food aversions x

Mine started around 7 weeks. I havent thrown up yet but have had huge bouts out not being able to eat because every smell made me want to throw up.

I'm 7 weeks today and I've had occasional morning sickness through out my 6th week. not enough to vomit, but enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. if I move to quick to my opposite side in bed, I get nauseous, where I have to breathe through it for 5 minutes or so before it eases up. if I dont eat right away when I get hungry, I get nauseous. 
my other symptom include;
•fatigue
•sore breats which change through the days [some days more sore than others]
•I get REALLY irritable and angry sometimes because of these damn hormones
anxiety galore 😭
•and I go to the bathroom to pee SOOOOOO much I should probably live in the bathroom at this point 😂
•and mild mild cramping on and off, if I stretch out in bed or get up to quickly.

Early. First sign if pregnancy for me. 4-5 weeks.
