Why is it so hard?

Feeling extremely defeated today. I never thought trying to have a baby would be so disheartening. Month after month praying to not start my period and month after month being disappointed to the point of tears.

I'm sure you hear it all the time, but stop "trying"... Get some projects (I painted our bedroom and bathroom) to distract yourself so that you still see that you're moving forward. Then set a date a few months from now to do something you really want to do that you can't do pregnant (mine was getting a tattoo). That way you're looking forward to something either way.
