Got my period and still pumping
My child is now 1 years old so I decided to go from pumping 5x a day to twice a day since she is now eating solids more and drinking almond milk ... I am making less and less milk. Yesterday out of nowhere I got my period !!! I am sad because I wasn’t ready — and I am on the non estrogen birth control pill too. Has anyone had this ? And what does this mean for my body and the changes coming ???
