Should we be having more sex

I’m lucky if me and my boyfriend of 3 years have sex even once a week I’m 20 and his 21 at the start we were like rabbits but he never comes onto me anymore and it makes me feel like his not attracted to me anymore, he tells me I should try wearing things or spicing it up but like I lost my virginity to him and his been with plenty of girls I just feel really intimidated when it comes to sex
