Aids??

Does anyone have a family with aids or hiv? My significant others mom has aids and wondering how I should go about her babysitting my child. I have no issue with it or  against anyone with aids but I am mainly wondering if I should be concerned that what if she has a cut and babies love to put things in their mouth. Am I crazy? Or do I sound like a concerned mom to be?
