These are the best muffins ever
I made these yesterday and holy shit, amazing lol. These are good for every mama, not just the nursing mama.
also, they are even better cold! I kept mine in the fridge and ate some for breakfast.
I added everything in the ingredients list, and added these:
I added 5 ripe bananas (let them sit in the cabinet for a few days to start turning brown)
added walnuts
added a blend of organic chia, flax, hemp seeds
added cinnamon
omitted the chocolate chips
