Ideas please!?
So I have been struggling with my weight. It goes up and down and I really need to lose a good 70 lbs in order to have a better chance of conceiving and carrying to term (I have PCOS). Plus I've never truly been comfortable in my skin. I didnt like when i was a size 7/9 and I dont like being a size 16/18 now. I want a healthy medium. I dont mind having a little tummy. Some may think otherwise but this is my opinion. I like my curves but I hate my rolls. I'm so insecure I just want to love myself and my body and be confident and pretty. This is a start for me. Ive been exercising for about 3 months now 2 days a week but it doesnt seem to be enough.
I'm considering paleo but I'm unsure how to start it off. Does anybody do the paleo diet? How did you get it started? What are your favorite lunches or snacks?
Also what kinds of workouts have you been doing or trying out? I mainly want to get rid of my stomach and back. What are your routines that you live by to lose weight?
