Correct-the test line will be as dark or darker than the control line when you are.

You should test 2 times a day becoming around the 10th-12th day of your cycle. (1st dsy of your period us thec1st day of your cycle) some people ovulate sooner than others. 
The more you lot in the app the more accurate it becomes. But it isn't flawless. For example todsy was CD10 for me. Ill begin testing tomorrow. Glow says my window begins in like 11 days but it could happen sooner so if i wait then i might miss the window. 
I also use the Premom app to take pics of my tests. It tracks them and stored them for me. It's veen quite helpful.

If you’re not sure just try for baby every day based on your predicted ovulation (considering you usually have regular cucle). Last month my line was very dark but i didnt get pregnant. This month i’m pretty much just have faint lines like yours and i had my pregnancy test and it shows positive.
