Opinions please!!!

So I always come on my period around the 1st or later. This month I came on my “period” 4-5 days early on the 28th. I usually bleed a full 7-8 days and I’m heavy almost all those days. But this time I barely bled at all and it lasted 3-4 days. I’ve noticed that I do urinate more often and I have these sharp pains on my right side lower stomach that comes and goes too. Has anyone experienced something like this and ended up being pregnant? I want to go to the hospital to get blood work and an ultrasound done but I want to hear you ladies stories/opinions first!!!
