When is a good time to tell people ur pregnant

Hey guys so I’m about 5 weeks pregnant I was just curious on how long I should wait to tell people as last year we had a miscarriage and I don’t want to have to do that all over again when would be a good time to tell people thanks guys

Lost our baby girl at 19 weeks last year, we are now due early March. Immediate family know but the rest of the extended family won’t find out until the next family gathering, which would be Christmas. I think it would be a nice surprise and I don’t think anyone will be offended.

With my first, my husband and I agreed to wait until 12 weeks. He was too excited and told fb (family lived overseas) at about 9 or 10 weeks. Maybe even sooner 🙄😂. My mom knew I was pregnant before I did. I told my dad and sisters after finding out.

I got a positive super early (at 6 days before my missed period), and I told my close friend, sisters and mom right away. I slowly told more people over the next few weeks. Everyone I talk to now knows. I'm 15 weeks exactly but I haven't announced on social media.

With my first and second miscarriage only immediate family. We are exactly 12 weeks but in 13 weeks 2 years apart same month we had lose 2 babies now. It was so hard. We still trying and hoping. Whenever you're comfortable. The risk goes down a bit at 12 weeks, which is why it's recommended to wait until after that, but it depends on the person. Last time I told my close friends and everyone waited until 12 weeks, that way we could tell everyone in the family in person (MIL visiting from out of province). This time, I'm 5 weeks and I've told 4 close friends and my little sister, who's also my bestie. We're waiting to tell everyone else because, again, MIL visiting in 8 weeks. The family is a bunch of gossipers and we can't trust them to keep it quiet lol. 
My husband has told one friend and his uncle, who's a blabber mouth, so it might get to his mom anyways, so we'll see.
