Positive opk...

When you get a positive OPK does that mean that your “ovulation day” is the following day? And then the day after that is 1DPO? Or is the day you get the positive OPK considered “ovulation day”

When you get the positive, you will most likely ovulate the next day. That is ovulation day. The day after is 1 dpo. For example, Sunday positive opk, Monday is ovulation, and Tuesday is 1 dpo.

People tend to ovulate 12-36 hours after a surge.

That’s a good practice! Because wether it’s the day before or day of O day, that means you’ve got a good chance of conceiving

I've always been nervous about the timeline so as soon as I got the positive we'd have sex . only took 3 cycles to conceive my daughter. so sr say everyday so say every other day just remember seamen lives up to 5 days and men need a day to produce the stronger swimmers
