Ok so it's my birthday. Myself and partner have 2 children. One is mine and the other we share.

So my partner gets me a card from himself and baby, however he didn't get one from my child. He sees it as, it's not his job as he isn't his father.

(My eldest doesn't have his real dad around)

I guess my question is, is my partner in the wrong? Or should my oldest 10 years old, be expected to ask step dad to take him to get a card or should my partner be the one making the move??

I have stated how disgusted I was, we are not married and this behaviour is new from my partner, it started about a year ago and our baby is 1 now.

I am very very sad as I feel it's a relationship breaker as I feel he's pushing my son out purposely.
