Please help

Okay ladies I need some help😩 so I recently bought pregnancy testing strips from online and I didn’t plan on testing well a few nights ago I had a dream that I was laying a onesie on the bed along with positive tests, so the next morning I did a test to get ease my mind since I HAVEN’T hit my predicted ovulation day and knowning that you need to ovulate to get pregnant I was expecting a negative. Well I sent a picture of the test who I told about the dream and her response was “omg I see another line” which has caused me to test every morning now🤣 I really need some feedback on what you ladies think, we’ve gave up trying so we’re just kind of letting god work his magic 🌈
