Honestly the cut of your clothing is the issue. Not your body. If you feel satisfied with your body weight and shape you should consider dressing for your shape. I'd venture to say the rise is too low and too tight. And the short length could be a few inches longer. Even 1-2 inches longer can make a huge difference. You mentioned your tshirt. But I don't think thats tge issue. Try a true midrise up a size with a longer inseam.
